As such, with our extensive range of residential, retail, office and commercial properties, you're pretty much assured that we'll have a rental property to suit your requirements and budget.

Our dedicated property management team understands that the one thing our tenants demand is a rapid response to any issues, and we undertake to deal with any request with haste and with minimum disruption. We value quality tenants and actively support them through their rental experiences, acting promptly in preparing, approving and registering all tenancy agreements.

Rental Payments


During the tenancy, rental payments are to be made in advance as set out within the tenancy agreement.

Calendar monthly rent is calculated as follows: Weekly rent divided by 7 days multiplied x 365 days divided by 12= Calendar Monthly rent

If at any time you are unable to make a payment on or before the due date, please make immediate contact with your property manager.




Your bond will be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Bond Authority (RTBA). The bond is held as security against any damage or undue wear and tear. At the conclusion of the tenancy the bond will be refunded promptly after you vacate, provided the property is left in as close as possible condition to what it was at the commencement of the tenancy and that there are no monies owing.

Where a change to the living arrangements within the property is required you are required to contact our office to facilitate any change. We ask that you advise our office as soon as possible and have any potential tenant/s complete a tenancy application form and a Bond Transfer form will also be required.


Condition Report


Upon signing the leases, you will be given a condition report. We ask that you check this thoroughly and add any additional comments you see fit. Please sign the required pages and return the original copy to our office within 3 working days of receiving the report, retaining the copy for your records.

If the condition report is not returned to our office within 3 days it will be assumed you agree with the existing condition report.
